As the sole product designer for The Mobility House’s North American team, I worked at the intersection of energy, mobility, and technology — collaborating closely with our design team in Germany to bring ChargePilot, our smart EV charging and energy management platform, to a global market.
My role spanned the full product lifecycle: from shaping product strategy to crafting detailed user experiences for complex features such as depot map visualizations and a flexible notification framework for large-scale fleet operations. Beyond hands-on design, I helped establish structure and scalability within our design team, assisting in hiring a tech lead and product manager, and planning our product roadmap to align with international stakeholders.
I also managed the finer details that make a global product cohesive — from ensuring smooth French translations and localization, to maintaining design consistency across regions and platforms. This experience challenged me to blend strategic thinking with systems design, all while advocating for user-centered solutions in an emerging, sustainability-driven industry.

It balances energy loads, reduces costs, and ensures vehicles are ready when needed. Flexible and interoperable, ChargePilot integrates with diverse hardware and grid systems—turning complex charging infrastructure into a seamless, efficient experience that drives the shift to zero-emission mobility.
